  * add -finished hook, make messages into variables
  - call `flashcard-deck-finished-hook' when the deck is finished
  - factor "deck is empty" and "deck is finished" messages into separate
    variables, to aid i18n.
  - call post-question-hook after adding a \n, so post-question-hook can
    save the buffer
