Cram Mode
Cram mode allows you to review cards outside of the normal spaced repetition system. It's useful for cramming for tests.
Activating cram mode from the main window
To use cram mode from the main window, first make sure your cards have some tags. If you've been adding tags in the AddItems dialog, then all you need to do is type some tags you want to review, separated by spaces, and hit enter. If you haven't added tags before, open the Browser, select the cards you want to cram, and then click "change card" -> "add tag" in the top right.
Activating cram mode from the browser
Select the cards you want to cram, the use Actions > Cram.
Cramming
Anki will switch you to a special deck called cram, that contains only cards matching the tags you provided, or the cards you selected. The intervals are much smaller than usual - 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.
When you've finished cramming, simply choose Deck -> Close to return to your deck.
If you want to save the cramming session and return to it later, choose Deck -> Save As and save the deck to your desktop. Make sure to call it something other than "cram", as Anki treats that name specially.
